ICC Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda, in an exclusive interview with The Standard in Geneva, Switzerland, said the prosecution would seek the Trial Chamber’s intervention if the Government does not cooperate.
She stressed the importance of full co-operation to dispense justice to Kenyans. Ms Bensouda reiterated that the Kenyan cases would be treated like any other before the court. “There will be no favours, Kenyans are seeking justice,” she said.
Bensouda, who spoke after giving a lecture on ICC at Geneva University maintained the Government’s co-operation would aid in determining the case.
